Head to this Mexican restaurant and comedy club on Saturdays for Power Hour! Open Mic night. There'll always be someone on stage during your set to help give it an extra layer of support, and a lot of liquid courage gets drunk here. It’s a fun vibe where silliness is guaranteed, as well as a different space to try out jokes and laugh at them. It’s all about audience participation, so everyone should go up. You’re all drinking, anyway.

Enjoy a free (or very cheap) comedy set by some amazing local NY comics! They also have a mexican restaurant attached so you can enjoy a meal before, during or after your show.

This is also a great comedy venue. They have pinball machines downstairs and open mics happening all the time as well as higher caliber comedy shows in the actual showroom upstairs. Great tacos!

Creek and the Cave has three separate areas that play host to comedy shows, improv shows, pinball arcade, Mexican food, reasonable prices, and good music. Definitely a favorite of mine.
