Great spot for lunch, with small garden in the most charming street of Haarlem, right in the center

Dijkers is a classic Dutch cozy brasserie. For Lunch and Dinner. Can be crowded in weekends so reservations needed. The Warmoestraat itself is worth visiting too: cobblestoned street and nice view on the old church and a lot of restaurants.
