Left Bank is a "whole animal" butchery in partnership with nearby Cane Creek Farm. If you are a "locally sourced" shopper, Left Bank is a treasure. They practically know their source animals by name. Monday: Closed Tuesday - Friday: 11-7 Saturday: 10-7 Sunday: 11-4
