The place was wonderful, it had it's own kitchen in each rooms, pots ,culinaries and dish detergent were ready, bed was clean and comfortable, hot water from bathroom, towel was ready, and she washed the sheets and towels every week and turned it back to us.
She never bothered the host, and was really responsive. She usually replied within 10 min.
Nostrand Ave station is within 3-5 min walk, making really accessible to Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan by taking a line A or C.
AC also worked well.

It was great to stay for a month at Marylyn's place.

Marylyn was incredibly welcoming and everything about the place made my partner and I feel like home. Marylyn gave us great local recommendations and the place was so clean and comfortable. There were amenities that we had that were not listed on the site which was also a pleasant surprise. Would recommend to a friend and would definitely stay again.
