I stayed in Arthetia's place during the 4th of July weekend after a last minute booking, deciding to take a chance with a hostess who was new to AirBnB hosting and as yet had no hosting reviews. While I did not get to meet Theri herself, it was evident that she had gone out of her way overnight to prepare her "Room A" for my stay. The apartment looks just like the photos, funky, girlie and tidy full of Theri's personal touches and is inside a quiet middle class gated community (I.e. super safe for the car!) conveniently located just behind a large shopping mall within walking distante of Atlanta's famously bohemian L5P neighborhood. I was lucky to have a nice and inexpensive stay in an intimidating big city on a specially busy weekend and got to explore much of the city on foot. Moreover, despite the low nightly rate and the strict booking policy, Theri was so kind to promptly agree to an unforeseen last minute change of itinerary on my part and refund me for the nights that I did not stay. I would definitely stay there again.
