No one bothered me as i like my privacy to pursue my own program. I like to be left alone after all i paid for this service. Of course i was friendly with neighbours as thos was my mothers neighbourhood.
The kitchen was little sparce with utensiles.
I had to buy knofe, can opener. But lots of dishes ect.

Over all good quiet

The place is precisely as described. The highlight would definitely be the location, the amount of sun the unit gets, and the host.

Check-in was easy, Miguel was waiting for us. Unit was clean and the sheets/towels smelled fresh. Pictures of the unit are accurate. The place had all the described amenities.

The neighbourhood is quiet and private, yet relatively close to everything. Bus stop is 7 min walking distance and connects you to shops and restaurants easily.

Miguel was a fantastic host. Kind, polite, accommodating, and quick to respond. Had a few small issues come up occasionally and he was always immediately available to offer a solution.

It is a nice little place for one person. A lot of light, in the summer it is nicely cool. Within a 10 minutes walk there is Earlspark with sand fields in the south east corner, where beach volleyball and beach tennis is played in the evening. St. Clair street is 5 minutes away, there is a lot of everything there; restaurants, sports clubs, beauty salons, convenience stores, summer festivals. A bus is about 10 minutes away, it takes you to Dufferin subway. All problems are solved very fast be it a refrigerator or a pipe. I spent a nice summer in this place.

Cute and clean place. Close to everything in the city. The hosts are very responsive. I would totally recommend.
