Wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, bright, and airy with a gorgeous view. The bed is super comfortable, and I enjoyed the gorgeous pool area and gym. I was there for a conference at the Intercontinental next door, and it was so convenient. I loved my stay there, and would definitely stay there again in the future.

For future guests: Note that there aren't any amenities in the apartment, so plan some time to head to the store your first day and stock up on things like toilet paper, paper towels, food, water, ice, and detergent if you plan to do laundry. There is a water/ice machine in the fridge, but it wasn't working. Also note that there is no coffee maker, but there is an electric kettle so I just bought some instant espresso and was good to go! There is a Whole Foods just 2 blocks away, and plenty of other shops in the area so this wasn't an issue at all. Juan communicated quickly and clearly before my stay and I had no issues at all. Definitely recommended!

First of all, Juan was extremely good host. He gave us lots of info and answered to all of our questions, and he did it fast.

The apartment was wonderful! The building was nice, having really good swimming pools etc, and the apartment was in the upper floors, so the views from it were amazing. Apartment had all the appliences one could need: air conditioning, tv, computer, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven.. Everything was working and easy to access/use.

Highly recommend staying in this apartment!

The place was lovely and had an amazing view, but there are NO amenities. No coffee maker or coffee, no hand soap, no water in the water dispenser, no plates. I had to buy everything I needed for the two days. That was a little frustrating.

We were attending the Miami Boat Show and wanted walking distance to Bayside Marina. Location was spot-on and the studio condo looked right over the marina - beautiful view.
