Dan was a great host with great instructions laid out. He was very quick at responding to questions. His place was just as the pictures showed. Very clean and quiet. I stayed 5 weeks and only one of those nights did a neighbor have louder than normal music playing early in the morning. The entire building was easy to maneuver, and I felt right at home. Even some of the neighbors were very welcoming when I first arrived. It was very easy to navigate from there. Street parking was never an issue to find, although I parked behind the building and sometimes had to be towards the end of the block, but all within a couple minutes walking time. There were lots of good walking trails and parks nearby as well. Overall I had a very relaxing stay and would highly recommend Dan and his place.

Neighborhood is great. Close to river and walking paths. Wonderful walks in neighborhood . Great get dry stores and restaurants that are accessible . Drug store nearby.

Dan is an exceptional host. The place has very nice amenities. The area is very walkable with many restaurants, cafe, grocery store and a train station within a 7 minute walk. The area is also very quiet and safe.

This is a very nice little apartment. It actually is much nicer than the photos! Well equipped, spotless, nice amenities, convenient-cannot fault anything about my stay here. Dan was a great host-communicated everything I needed to know very clearly. Neighborhood is very convenient, very walkable, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, not to mention Minnehaha Park, which is a great favorite of mine. Loved this place, would definitely stay again,
