This room and balcony are as described and a perfect spot for a short or long stay in Waikiki. Sujatha is a wonderful and generous host. The walk to Waikiki takes minutes and for longer trips I had a bike which I was able to in the garage with no issue. There’s great security, a pool, and a great gym, all available and convenient. It’s a great room and I hope to return in 2026 again!

Sujatha is a very kind, helpful woman with the cutest dog! They are just lovely! The place is great, the room is very nice and spacious. Love the laundry and kitchen that is included, they come in very handy!

The location was absolutely perfect — I was able to walk to both Waikiki and Ala Moana easily.
Even at night, I felt completely safe walking around alone.
The jacuzzi on the property was a great way to relax after hiking and other activities.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
Her baby dog was also very sweet, friendly, and well-behaved — such a joy to be around.
She was respectful of my privacy, which made the stay even more pleasant.
It’s a place I would absolutely love to return to the next time I visit Hawaii.

I had a wonderful time at Poonam’s place. I stayed for a full month and it flew - I had privacy when I needed it having the whole suite (bedroom, bathroom, balcony), but also had a friend when I wanted someone to chat with. Poonam was very generous in providing recommendations and we even did some activities together which are memories I will cherish. The beautiful view provided quite a relaxing atmosphere, and I thoroughly enjoyed using the gym and pool that was onsite. The bed is comfortable, there is a desk for working and a table on the balcony. Also, her pup Prakash is the sweetest, goodest boy. Overall, I was sad to leave and hope to be back someday.
