Clean and comfortable. Location - 5 minutes from train station, but may be 10 to nearest beach. The host was easily accessible and help us a lot with laundry detergent . Nice yard, everything you need in the house.
There were 2 of us and we used different beds at no extra charge, we are very grateful.
You have to buy your own coffee for the coffee machine.

L’alloggio di Filippo, che si presenta pulito e corrispondente alla descrizione, ha tutto ciò che serve per un confortevole soggiorno a Viareggio. L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto comoda, vicina a locali e supermercati e sia la spiaggia che la stazione sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato la facilità e flessibilità del check-in e la reattività dell’host, nonché la chiarezza delle istruzioni fornite all’interno della casa.
