Amazing place in a great location, very spacious, close to train station. Very helpful, friendly and super responsive! Really enjoyed our stay here!

Stayed here for 6 nights. Federica was gracious to let us check in early as our flight landed in the am. Very grateful for the flexibility!

Pros: Wonderful location right near the train station. Easy to walk to a lot of attractions in Rome. Helpful instructions to get into the apartment. The apartment, especially bedrooms are spacious. Strong internet/wifi.
Desk available to work.

To be improved: Cleaning was very lacking. Couches have stains. Both acs leak when running so a vessel is placed under which has to be emptied at least once a day to avoid overflowing. Very basic amenities available. Kitchen has no condiments and no laundry pods etc. Other places in my previous visits all had these additional touches available to make it easier for travelers.

Spacious place with high ceilings. It was close to Roma Termini and easy walk to Coloseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, etc. Elevator worked well and was smooth but would probably only fit 2 people and few luggage. It’s more like 3rd floor if you take the stairs due to high ceilings. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s was also nice that we were able to self checkin when we arrived late at night.

Noisy at night with busy street and market opening early morning but I didn’t really notice after first night.
