The host was the worst host I have ever dealt with because No one ever responded the heat didn’t work all the days I was there and I had to buy fans and move them from room to room when ever at the house, also the shower on the second floor didn’t work so we had to all use the same shower in the master bathroom which was very uncomfortable, and the railing on the first floor is coming out of the wall which is very dangerous for someone walking from the pool area. They are the people that shouldn’t be on this app because the last thing you want to do on vacation is have a problem with the location and no one cares about your stay after they have taken your money.

The location was great, and the house was exactly what we needed. However, we couldn't get the thermostat to turn on the AC, and the host never responded to our 2 hours of pleas for help. We only found out that the house had window AC units (which were hidden by the curtains) by reading one of the reviews. In addition, mosquitos invaded the house each evening. We found that none of windows were latched, and some had gaps to the outside and no screens. Closing the windows reduced the number of mosquitos, but the reason for their entry needs to be determined and alleviated. We we're most displeased with the lack of response from the host, which is not what we're used to with Airbnb hosts.
