We were unaware the rental was on the second floor with a permanently disabled elevator. We had to climb either 2 or3 flights of stairs, depending on where you park, and both my husband and I are disabled and have had surgery in the last month and it was very difficult.
The icemaker was broken, and there was no light in the bedroom unless you climbed atop the 3 1/2 foot bed in the unfamiliar dark. The rule to keep the thermostat at 75 made for sticky sleeping.
The place is very nicely decorated and clean , and Christopher was quick to respond to messages. Perfect for younger tenants.
