I have lived in fabulous Downtown Franklin for 11 years; and I also work in Downtown - such a treat.
The studio is completely private with a separate entrance and the driveway right outside the door which is also only used by guests. We have a separate drive on the opposite side of the house for our use. There are no shared spaces so you can be assured of a very private stay.
