Stayed here for 5 days with my husband and dog. I had a conference for some of those days. Location is fantastic. Stayed at another tennis townhouse last year and we both felt Spencer’s property was much more comfy even tho the other one was “more luxurious”. We slept really well even tho the days were very hot and there’s no AC (normal for this high altitude). Windows and fans made it very cold as we like it! Living room was comfy. The photos don’t do it justice. Yes there’s some visible wear and tear around the house but it’s priced accordingly. Also it’s very clean and stocked with all you need. There’s a few trails right outside the front door! If you have a walking limitation this location would be tough otherwise we’d come back!! Easy entry, great communication from owners, and value!
