The Milkhouse was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the cleanliness, beautiful views, and great night’s sleep. I would recommend LaRonda’s place as a great location to stay near SLO.

Friend and I used work for an excuse to ride motorcycles up from Orange County. We had a great 2 night stay at LaRondas Harbor House. Very clean and relaxing place. Thanks for having us LaRonda.

My family stayed at the Milk House while visiting our daughter at Cal Poly. We booked it for the kitchen and proximity to campus and it turned out to be the perfect, peaceful retreat. Our daughter loved taking a break from the bustling campus life by getting to make a home cooked meal on the lovely gas stove and getting to play with the sweet ranch dogs. The space is very thoughtfully planned and had everything we needed. We did bring our own cast iron pan and some cooking staples because it wouldn’t be fair to assume a rental had that level of cookware, but you’ll have what you need to make a simple meal, for sure! Coffee on the porch in the morning was a highlight for me. Ringo, one of the ranch dogs, laid at my feet while I read after I played fetch with him for a few minutes. It’s a very special place and we will definitely book again.
