Hello everyone! I'd like to thank Genova for her service and the room I stayed in. I loved the convenient location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. I was traveling by car, and Genova helped me with parking. Genova is a very responsive and sociable host, always quickly answering any questions I had. I tried not to bother her unnecessarily, but when I had questions, she always responded very quickly. Thank you! The apartment itself, the room, and the common areas were always clean and tidy. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place near center of Chicago. Definitely 5 stars, thank you for the service!
