Hi I’m Cathy! I’m retired and spend my free time out in the garden or fishing for salmon in the bay. I like to fix and repair things, and restoring old homes has been a lifetime passion. I enjoy lots of different activities with my friends including chasing total solar eclipses as well more mundane things like berry picking and mushrooming. And after a long day I get to come home and spend quality time with my chihuahuas, Rosie and Tillie.

I absolutely loved my stay here!
The house feels so warm and cozy, and everything was super clean and comfortable.
The host was really kind and welcoming — it honestly felt like coming home after a long day.
The kitchen had everything I needed, and the area is quiet and safe, which made my stay so relaxing.

We stayed at Cathy's bungalow for a conference recently. The location was ideal for walking to the Convention Center, even with the big hills. Afterwards, we enjoyed the sunset at the back garden table. The kitchen is quirky but easy to cook in and dinner was enjoyed at the big dining table. Big bonus was the extra bath towels and blankets to curl up with on the couch. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we all slept great! Overall it was an excellent home for our short stay. Thank you!~
