We have done our best, and we are sorry because Kadi didn’t have a good experience. In my opinion he was waiting something else, but our announcement is clear “country house in the mountain”, with its services detailed, it is not a hotel and we can´t control the weather, (even in Gran Canaria its winter), is the first time that someone told us almost every day differents complains, and we have tried to solve it, I hope she has enjoyed the rest of her holidays.
