The location is fantastic, and the apartment is incredibly spacious. Having several full bathrooms in one apartment is rare in Yerevan, but this one has it. Several AC units throughout the apartment are another big plus.

Be aware that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to climb 5-6 levels. This wasn't an issue for us and is a small price to pay for such a great place.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
