We had an excellent experience at this property! We rented it for one month. Communication beforehand was very easy. The host promptly answered all our questions in an organized and friendly fashion. Beforehand, our host even put together a Google map of local highlights geared specifically to our family (e.g., playgrounds, pools). We couldn't have felt more welcome.

The apartment was very comfortable for our family of three, with individual sleep spaces, a well stocked kitchen, a beautiful balcony for coffee, wine, beer, and relaxing/hanging out spaces as well. All the expected amenities were in place (e.g., detergent, sheets, towels, spices). This property also includes a washer and dryer, which is not always the case in European properties (but very helpful for a family). Throughout our stay whenever we had questions, the host answered promptly, and was very flexible for our needs (e.g., allowing us to store luggage at the property while we were traveling). Location-wise we first thought there weren't many stores or restaurants in the area, but quickly discovered that there were several restaurants. Grocery stores were a little further off, but if you're travelling back and forth to the downtown Frankfurt, it is a very short walk to the local UBahn stop and very easy to pick stuff up at almost any other metro. We felt extremely comfortable and at home and even tried to book it for another visit; alas, it was already taken :(
