They cancelled on my reservation day of my trip! I had to find something last minute, very unprofessional

Amazing views and very good communication. It was a very good experience!

Hard to find parking spot because it’s street parking. The wifi went off in the middle of my stay and they were not be able to fix it till I cheked out. The rest is good, the place is clean and provide lots of things for the guests.

Loud noise at night from the car park directly below the bedroom (really loud, you won’t be able to ignore it).

The place was not as described. There were black marks on walls of living room, kitchen and bathroom.

There was drawing on the base board of the bathroom (the wooden bit at the bottom of the wall).

There were dirty towels in the washer and hand prints on the fridge - I did not take pictures of these before my wife cleaned them.

The main issue was a safety concern: there was exposed wiring because the light directly above the shower had come out of its fixture. The host claimed that they would fix this and that a work order was put in place, however they did not follow through with this meaning that the shower wasn’t safe for the duration of our stay. The host actually missed a deadline to fix this that was given to them by AIRBNB support (noon December 31st; we checked out Jan 3rd) as I was told this was a violation of the companies safety policy.
