Loved it. Jenay was very knowledgeable about tahoe and yoga and was able to adapt the session to what was desired. Very relaxing and such a beautiful setting.

First timer yoga here. A must try at Nevada beach, stunning views and phenomenal instructor!

We booked our yoga session as a family, and it was my first time participating in a yoga class. Our instructor was incredibly chill, very knowledgeable and able to teach us newbies how to take advantage of breathing, meditation and movement techniques. The location was amazing. So quiet you could hear a pin drop, and the most spectacular view of the pristine lake. The beach location was easy to find, free parking available (for a short walk) and was very clean and safe. Restrooms available right near our meeting site.

Highly recommended to include a morning yoga session to start your day of exploring Lake Tahoe! We felt so good afterwards it set the tone for an amazing day.
