this was a great place to stay in Philly. the target and grocery store next door was very convenient. having the 24 hour dinner across the street helped with late night's. The host was very responsive and helpful. The parking on site was very helpful and the instructions were very clear. the videos links for accessing the space and parking were very informative. Would definitely stay again.

Host very attentive, place needs remodeling, we felt unsafe with the parking arrangements, cut our trip short

Elizabeth was polite and responsive, and the place has a lot of potential but unfortunately our first impression was not great. Access to the building and parking lot is hard. The lobby atmosphere and the apartment were dingy; cleanliness (in floors, carpet, (torn) sheets, everything) left quite a bit be desired. This airbnb's extensive mandatory lease agreement places all the onus on the renter, requiring a written list of damage to the owner, at the risk of being held responsible for it. Our host offered to have maintenance come in but we declined (fixing a broken floor takes time). (Parking is extremely complicated, and a bit of a catch 22 to get fob and permit from within and leave it at the end (and the emphasis on being charged $50 if one loses the laminated parking permit is a bit much). There is only one window in the whole property. On the other hand, there is a lot of space (good for families), the mattress is comfortable, the location central, a lot of character potentially

Beautiful stay. The apartment was everything in the picture. It’s close to a bunch of things as well.
