Loved this Airbnb - we had such a great time with all of the outdoor activities! We would love to stay here again!

Carolyn’s place was outstanding. Our kiddos loved the backyard and the photos matched the place perfectly. It was absolutely and so clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Sarasota! Couldn’t be happier.

The stay at Carolyn's was all we expected and more! The pictures don't do the house justice, it's absolutely gorgeous from the flooring to the tile, all the little beach decor throughout. The space had everything we needed and what few things were out of stock, they quickly delivered in person. We didn't have to buy anything for the beach, Carolyn provided everything we could have needed: an umbrella, beach chairs (4 adult ones and there are 2 childrens ones), beach toys, and plenty of beach towels.
The outdoor lanai and private pool was a nice way to end the day while grilling and watching television. The grill ignite switch didn't work, but a lighter is provided and it worked just fine that way.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, drinkware, seasonings, condiments...etc..
Communication was above and beyond and I appreciate the responsiveness. Should we ever find ourselves back in Nokomis, we would definitely book this beautiful home again!

We’ve stayed at many Airbnb rentals and this was by far one of the nicest ones. It looked just like the pictures and was lovely inside. We spent a lot of time in the pool and made several trips to the nearby beaches. Carolyn was a very attentive host and we appreciate how well stocked the house was. We plan to go back whenever we can.
