The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet area of Tulum, which made us feel completely safe throughout our stay. It’s spacious, filled with natural light, and beautifully designed, featuring two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The beds are large and incredibly cozy — we slept wonderfully every night.

Alex and Daiana were outstanding hosts — always kind, responsive, and attentive to every message. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

I would happily return and or recommend this home. With some updates and minor improvements, it would truly enhance the experience. Added lighting outside because when arriving at night time, you are in total darkness . The rooftop also was too dark to appreciate in the evenings..More lighting would truly make a difference. We did choose this home to be able to use the outdoor space however, this was limited due to the lack of. We brought our music system so I recommend it.
I did send a few emails for recommendations and they were very well received. Again, this place is beautiful but it does need some details. I still give it a 5 star and maybe because we are not too difficult when on holidays.
A few details to consider:
*Different lighting indoors. All lights are so bright that if you want a more romantic or dimmed lights, you do not have that options.
*Outdoor lighting for safety
*Add an extra sofa or comfortable arm chair in living room.
*A bigger frying pan

Penthouse was Architecturally pleasing with high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass in the main room, good hot water, great AC & very spacious outdoor areas. 2 couples very comfy. The host excellent & very responsive. Been to Tulum several times before. This was a 5 night getaway with a goal of checking on nearby property under construction, getting beach time in, exploring Aldea Zama, DT Tulum, La Valeta, Holistika neighborhoods, and squeezing in a trip to Bacalar. As for dining gems there are many, but don't miss Xibak. PH is in the middle of Aldea Zama across the street from Secrets. For US, a central location from which to explore. For most of it, we had eBikes rented from Tulum Zama eBikes nearby which I can highly recommend, and a great way to get around. IF you have a car there's parking. Otherwise it's walking in Aldea or Taxi's nearby if going farther afield. We had a private driver for longer journeys. There were building refurbs going on the roof level but was never an issue.

Beautiful apartments surrounded by nature, felt quite, but not isolated.
