Great location, it’s walkable to everything.

Wow — my family and I were truly blessed on our trip to lake placid. Not only was this place affordable — it was also VERY spacious. Lake placid is beautiful and this place put in a perfect location. We had a rental vehicle, but most places we visited were within a 10 minute walk. Easy to find, and simple parking. The neighbors were nice as well.

The place was still it seemed in renovation. There were tiles and dust over the ground. Shoe marks of dirt on the ground. The shower heat didn’t go past luke warm. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. The parking if you have a sedan will definitely hit your bumper, but you’ll be alright with an SUV. The kitchen sink doesn’t work due to the pipes not being connected. The window in the bathroom doesn’t have a shade so anybody can peep in and see you. if the place was cleaned and was finished renovated it would be worth it. I wish the under renovation part was mentioned.
