We had a wonderful stay in the house. We did have an issue with the hot tub heat not being on during the weekend of our stay. It was a bummer not to have it then, but come Monday morning the issue was resolved and the refund was issued immediately. Their promptness was great and I definitely recommended this place for anyone who is vacationing for Disney.
