Although check in was a little bumpy as their system gave us a smaller room, they were able to quickly fix it and give us the type of room we booked. I was able to email the manager and she got back to me the following day confirming that they had the wrong room booked in their system. Other than that it was a cute place to stay, large rooms and showers and 30 minutes to Yellowstone as well as nearby early morning animal watching

We spent 5 wonderful days at the Turtle Reef and we were very happy with the condo. It was well supplied, plenty of room and felt homey.
One issue we had was that the patio screen was torn. We addressed the issue with the front desk, but unfortunately is was not repaired until our last day there.
A suggestion that we thought of was a drop box for the room cards for people to use that leave before the desk is staffed. We left before 8:00 and left the cards on the front desk.
The location of the condo is great and we would stay there again!

Had a great time for my daughter's bday weekend. She didnt want to leave, so that says alot. The staff was great, even switched out a microwave out for us quickly. I would visit again
