Es un gran lugar muy tranquilo y accesible el tema de la comunicación con el anfitrión y la necesidad de recoger la llave en un lugar distante es es lo unico que le quita puntuación

Condo is very quaint and comfortable. It was in a great building and was just across the bridge from Collins Ave. The pool was very relaxing....our first 3 days. Then, the construction on the building began. Jackhammers, pounding, sawing, and yelling starting at 8:30am! EVERY, SINGLE MORNING and lasting ALL DAY, for the remaining 5 days of our trip. We reached out to David about the construction. I said the condo association had to inform residents and it should have been communicated to us, the renters. We would have chosen another property. We were there for vacation which means relaxation. This was FAR from relaxing! We believe a refund/credit is in order for those 5 days of our stay. We did not get a response for 3 days. He said the owner had not informed him. He would address it with them/Air B&B for compensation. We have heard NOTHING. While the condo and location are great, the construction was not. Nor the communication and lack of concern regarding our stay. So disappointed.

Great place for a couple or solo traveler. I enjoyed my stay in Miami
