Ana Pau es una excelente profesora, me ayudó muchísimo su asesoría pues en una sesión corta, pudimos identificar varias posturas que podrían ayudarme con un lesión que tengo en la espalda, además su energía es muy bonita y la pasión que tiene por la yoga es muy contagiosa. Lo disfruté muchísimo, es altamente recomendable, definitivamente la mejor yogui en Barcelona

Ana’s class was very inviting and energetic. Catering to people of all levels. She has her classes in a very nice studio as well, with all equipments ready so you don’t need to bring anything with you (especially when you are traveling). I really loved the eye masks and aroma details at the end, during Savasana. I def recommend you to try!
