Overall, Gabriella's apartment is good and includes everything you need to stay for a longer period. Gabriella is a helpful and responsive host. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cleaning, but we resolved them quickly. If you're looking for a calm environment in a small town and don't need any activities around you, then this is a place to be and relax.

Thank you so much, Gabriella, for a wonderful stay at your apartment. Check-in was smooth, and the private parking downstairs was a great convenience. The apartment was very clean and had two charming balconies where I enjoyed my breakfast. It's just a 20-minute drive to Lake Como, which made it easy to visit, and I even did a day trip to Milan since the train station is only a minute away and the ride takes about an hour. Can't wait to stay here again!

L’arrivée à l’appartement s’est parfaitement déroulé, Ric est très accueillant et communique facilement avec nous. Par contre l’appartement était sale, beaucoup de saleté, de vieux déchets, de l’eau croupis, le frigo et congélateur moisis, photos à l’appuie…. Lorsque j’ai fais part de ces problèmes à Gabriella, j’ai eu comme seule proposition une réduction mais je ne compte pas retourner plusieurs fois au même endroit, ce n’est pas dans mes plans… Depuis je n’ai pas eu de réponses ou de retours.

Gabriella was very friendly and very professional in what she did . she took her time and gave me maximum effort the whole hour we had together it was really nice to have someone that cared so much about what she did . I highly recommend anyone that comes to west palm beach to use gabriella as their photographer
