The apartment is large and modern with great views of the city. It is well fitted out and has plenty of kitchen utensils. Unfortunately there was some broken furniture which was in need of repair, which Ab is aware off. When I did contact her regarding some of the lights not working I received a terse reply, so I did not mention other things such as the side dressers being very wobbly, the fly wire screen being of it,s runners and the vents being pretty dirty. Ab did advise that maintenance were advised of the lights prior to us arriving, but nothing was done while we were there.

The train is about 18 minutes away and there is a grocery store nearby, a bar next door and other restaurants nearby. There were no issues with any of the people living in the complex, those we came into contact with were very pleasant. My wife and I were accosted by a male nearby, but this did not deter us from feeling safe.

We never met Ab, I only spoke to her on one occasion, where she gave me some directions. I did not appreciate Ab asking us for very good review and she would do the same for us, prior to us arriving. I am always very honest in my reviews, they are not personal. I also rely on these reviews when I am looking at places and appreciate honesty.
