An incredible value for what you’re getting. All of the best neighborhoods (Lower Greenville, Bishop Arts, Deep Ellum, etc) are less than a 15 minute drive away and there are even some good restaurants about a block away so you can even hoof it for lunch/dinner some lazy day.

I didn’t have any issues checking in but I know from previous experience how responsive Jacob is. I’ll be marking this spot as a favorite for future stays.

Jacob's place was perfect for our Dallas/Arlington anniversary trip. We were minutes from the Texas State Fair, had a quick sprint to watch the Dallas Stars and took a short drive to tour the Cowboys Stadium. This was our 1st time in Dallas and Jacob was helpful with local restaurants and activity suggestions. Full sized kitchen was well stocked with essentials, bathroom had a great shower, bedroom was cozy and closet was almost as big as the bedroom! Washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony and backyard relaxation area were bonuses. If we ever come back to Dallas, I will definitely be staying at one of Jacob's listings and plan to share his information with family and friends!

This place was great. Extremely convenient to get into Dallas and way better than a hotel room. We loved the space and would definitely book here again.
