Spencer’s place was great once I was able to get inside. I arrived and the keypad on the entrance that I was instructed to enter through was dead. Randle got back to me 30 minutes later informing me since I was on the first level I could enter through the front door off the street. I think this should be listed as an option for guest in case this same issue occurs. I had a booking I needed to get ready for and lost time due to this. Other than this issue everything appeared as the pictures. My only other issue was the home needed some dusting completed especially for a $175 cleaning fee. There were spider webs on light fixtures and dust around the bottoms of the lamps. This is an easy fix and I would definitely book again. Also the hot water seemed to go out quickly after 15minutes of showering in the shower at the rear of the house. Overall this was a nice place.
