Good:

- Location is great if you are looking for access to the park and local areas with character and good food.
- Size of the apartment is ample for two people with nice working desk.
Bad:
- Cleanliness can use some improvement, dusting, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned and linens are fresh.
- If you are going in the winter the apartment can be a bit chilly.
- Wifi works fine, but would be ideal if he had pocket wifi.
