Caitlin and her roommate were so kind and easy going. Definitely made us feel welcomed, we stayed in one of their rooms. There were three of us, and we could all fit in the queen size bed, but they did provide the extra portable futon bed. The dogs's were wonderful and so sweet, the python is in it's terrarium(?) in the same room as us, but wasn't scary since it was contained. They have a very chill vibe going in their house. Ten-15 minute drive to SDSU, and driving distance from shopping/food center, so it was convenient since my two friends and I were in town for a concert taking place at SDSU. They let us use their refrigerator, wifi, towels. It is located next to an elementary school, we were there for the weekend so parking was available, also it is located near a main street so it was convenient for Uber/Lyft drivers. They were awesome hosts, especially for our first Airbnb experience!

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was great! Very cozy place with an extra futon that my friend slept great in. Caitlin was very nice and we had some great chats with her roommate as well. She definitely made us feel welcome and was very accommodating. We had plenty of space for our snacks and drinks in the refrigerator and the covered patio was the perfect place to chat and enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. It was close to the Pride Festival at Balboa Park and all of the bars in Hillcrest, just a 10 minute or so Uber away. Good vibes all around, I'd definitely recommend it to a friend :)

Caitlin made my first airbnb experience a breeze. Perfect price for a convenient spot.

Caitlin was very nice and promptly responded to our questions and requests. With a little bit of care, the place will be great for anyone looking to vacation in San Diego. We could rent this place again, but we would insist that it be cleaned thoroughly. Also parking was an issue for us at night, we had to circle around to find parking. So be prepared to struggle with finding a spot if you decide to book the place.
