This unit has lots of space. There’s a separate living/kitchen area from the bedroom. There are lots of nice touches, the kitchen is stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s in a nice neighborhood to walk around and explore.

Not a kid friendly unit

The house was extremely dusty and dirty. The couch had a foul smell of urine. The towels all smelled like mildew. The bathtub was filthy.

Shortly after we arrived we had to have the owner come over and bring a vacuum to clean away all the dead bugs (which he didn’t. He just left us the vacuum.). He also had to bring us trash bags.

We had a 10 month old baby who was crawling around. And we caught him with dead wasps in his hands and mouth. For the price of this unit the owner should invest in a deep cleaning to clear out the dust and foul smells. The beds were very old and loud with the slightest movements. The rug at the front door needs to be discarded. The screen door was broken and had to be physically manipulated to be shut fully.

If you’re looking for a crash pad for a UGA game for you and the bros and you don’t mind spending an arm and a leg. This is a good spot. But it’s not walking distance to the stadium or downtown.

It is good place to stay.

Had a great stay here. The place was clean and as described. Nicholas was a responsive host with clear instructions.
