Evan’s place was the perfect little place for us while visiting San Diego. The place is within walking distance of Little Italy which was great for us to grab food and walk around at night. In the house it self it was set up just perfect. The town home has its own parking spot that is covered and within a garage keeping the car secure.
The house is also very quiet even with the road and planes flying over. This is because of the layout out of the house. With the house being in the second floor you rarely hear the plane landing and because the main room is the farthest point from the road we could not hear the cars when sleeping.
The house is laid out very nice. There was a lot of thought that went into the design of the house and furniture placement making the most of the space. Great job Evan.
Evan over communicated which was great due to the unique nature of getting all the codes for the doors and garage clicker. My wife and I felt safe in this place.
I highly recommend.

Some of the furniture has been replaced and the new couch made it harder to eat at the counter. There wasn’t a working towel rack in the apartment so we had to hang towels/suits on the doors. Other than that the location was perfect for everything we had planned to do, and Evan was the definition of a super host letting us check in early after an early flight!

Fantastic apartment in the beautiful Hillcrest location. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful rooftop area to enjoy breakfasts and dinner in the sunshine. Lovely restaurants, bars and shops right on the doorstep and within walking distance of the fabulous San Diego zoo and Balboa Park. Evan was very quick to respond to any queries we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment if visiting San Diego.
