Wonderful, beautiful place to stay for myself, my mom, and my young adult daughter. The location was so good. Games and TVs made for a couple of cozy nights in together. We appreciated the full stock of dinnerware compared to many AirBnB's that provide only the strictest ration of forks and cups. We would definitely return.

Tips for guests: Bring cozy warm layers for lounging and sleeping if visiting outside of summer since the heater max is 71 and bed comforters are thin. We were chilly. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs will help to muffle traffic noise and upstairs footsteps.

Really great place to stay close to everything in downtown Indy. Excellent host with exceptional communication. Really appreciated the cleanliness. We had a great time with the amenities: Pool Table, Yard games, hot tub. This is an up and coming neighborhood with a great coffee shop and speakeasy close by!
