The neighbor needs to calm down. We spent almost zero time there other than sleeping and getting changed. We are older mothers not college kids and this neighbor made it uncomfortable and not welcoming. He threatened to called the cops cause we were laughing while going up the stairs at 9pm.

Other than that the apartment is cute! Air conditioning worked great and the mattresses are very comfy. The tub definitely needs to be updated but it worked just fine. Having the 3 vanity mirrors was a great touch.

The location is great as well. It was a 5 minute walk to food choices and a 15 minute electric scooter ride to broadway.
