Perfect Hobart stay! The history of the place and all the little touches made us feel right in the 1900s. It was a perfect little cottage that smelled of fireplace and got beautiful afternoon sun in the garden. All the modern amenities were also there, a complete kitchen, beautiful water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed and warm home. Walking distance to Salamanca and the pier, would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We spent a week at this well-equipped heritage cottage that is also so charmingly decorated! It truly is delightful. Jenifa and Graham seem to have thought of everything—very comfortable bed, good hot shower, kitchen basics and breakfast items thoughtfully provided, easy check-in and convenient location. Things to know: Hobart is hilly, and a return walk to the grocery store or the waterfront entails quite a bit of uphill. Also, the bathroom is on the first floor and the bedroom on the second floor. Neither of these was a problem for us but might be for some. Recommended.

Jenifa and Graham’s cottage is pretty and full of character and is well suited for the 3 of us - a couple and an adult friend. They have clearly thought of every detail with their guests’ needs in mind, which made our stay very enjoyable. The location is close to Salamanca market yet very quiet. Although there is no on site parking, we were able to find street parking right in front of the property. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hobart. Jenifa and Graham's place is wonderfully located in a calm area while still being very close to the centre. Only a 20 min walk to the Salamanca place, with a lot of great restaurants along Elizabeth Street.
The house was clean and had all the amenities necessary to make yourself feel just like home.
I would highly recommend if you are in Hobart for a weekend or longer.
