The value on staying at this location was great. It's a "what you see is what you get" situation and was exactly as expected. Audra was very friendly and accommodating of our schedule, and we really appreciated her attention to detail. She made us cookies upon our check in and provided breakfast every morning! The place was clean, and in a cool historic old house. Anyone that enjoys the small details of a one hundred old home will enjoy looking around during their stay. Great location in town, walkable to mainstreet Lebanon - cant beat that!

The location of this home is very nice. We rented out the two bedroom and it was a little confusing because one of the bedrooms was across the hall and attached to a different bedroom that another person was staying at but was not around that night. This might be something for someone to consider if they had kids if that would work for them. There is not a keypad entry for the front door so if staying out later such as going to the amusement park the owner has to stay up and let you in. We weren't told what time breakfast was and forgot to ask came down around 9 ish and no food left and didn't see owner so moved on to our next destination. This place has excellent reviews so maybe just an off day, we all have those. I will say that the main room was very lovely with pretty linens, the shared bathroom issue was not a problem at all as it's very close to the bedroom and the separate room with the twin beds works fine too. Overall would recommend. Great value!

A warm, relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood. The weather cancelled my outdoor activities for two days so I enjoyed the second floor reading room. Thank you Ms Audra for welcoming me into your home.
