Roomy townhouse with sizable, comfortable living room/tv watching space downstairs, large and well-equipped kitchen with excellent coffee machine and clothes washer, two large bedrooms with comfy beds and lots of outlets, and bathroom with tub. On quiet street with easy parking and excellent pub (good & drink) down the block. Fine close-in location. Hits all the marks!
