Everything was great!

I wasn’t too crazy about the stay for but for the price I really don’t want to give it less than 3 stars. This place has potential to be a better but there’s many issues that need to be solved first. One of the hugest issues was the noise. This is a basement apartment that is under the owners home. I woke up to the sounds of children and an adult screaming. The walls are very thin. this isn’t an issue if you’re someone that wakes up early but I stayed here for the 4th of july and wanted to get some rest. The second major issue was the cleanliness. There was paint chips on the bed. A huge roach in the bathroom. The fridge has a terrible odor and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
Easy things to fix but this unit needs some work. I noticed that under the sofas in the living room are a lot of dust. It’s really not difficult or time, consuming to pull the sofas and vacuum underneath them. The backyard also has No BBQ. And isn’t private at all. No lights either. No hot tu

Nikhilesh was nice and I wish I could give a better review. The neighborhood and yard were nice, & the bidet on the toilet was almost a pleasant surprise (not aimed properly). I was allowed to access the back yard w/ my dog but asked not to let him relieve himself there. There was no top sheet on the bed and the comforters didn't appear to be cleaned between guests. The following were not as advertised. The king sized bed, which would have been fine for the 3 of us, is actually a queen. I had to sleep on the sofa. 1 of the three cushions had no support under it and anyone sitting (or laying) there would sink into the hole. The TV and some other furniture pictured in the bedroom were not there. All but one of the drawers were screwed shut. We ran out of toilet paper and had to wait almost an hr to get more. I had to empty the dehumidifier several times (moisture on floor). At night, the noise from upstairs made it difficult to sleep. The check in/out times are reversed in ad.
