Horrible…DO NOT BOOK!!!
This place needs alot of maintenance and care.
There were many things that were broken and in need of repairs. The noise from upstairs made it difficult to sleep.
-The toilet seats were both barely hanging on causing you to slip and fall.
-The dining table seat was completely off causing my toddler to fall.The dining table and its legs were really shaky.
-The washer machine broke down.
-kitchen utensils were in horrible condition.
-The air conditioning system stopped working.
After the air conditioning broke down and couldn’t be fixed we were told that we needed to find someplace else to stay. We were given less than an hour before they showed up and demanded that we vacate the premises. The representative Samantha attitude was horrible. At 9 months pregnant i had to LOCATE, BOOK a new rental and transport my family with a month’s worth of personal items within no time.
Poor Attitude, Lack of consideration and unreasonable compensation.

Our stay was great, I have to say. Would definitely book again. It was wonderful!

Pros: great location, quiet and safe, new building, comfortable bed, clean
Cons: owner took a long time to respond, had to wait an hour and a half after check in time for cleaning with no response from owner, couch needs to be replaced (peeling faux leather with very saggy cushions), utensils and pots need to be replaced (flimsy and non stick coating almost completely scraped off), can hear upstairs tenants walking and moving furniture
Overall we had a pleasant stay but the place definitely needs some upgrades and the owner needs to be more responsive.
