I've stayed at some amazing places, as well as some awful places. I know first hand how frustrating it is when the place as I book online doesn't meet my expectations in real life. My goal is to make my guest's visit easy and comfortable so that they can go out and enjoy Chelan! I don't work with a large rental agency, I own and manage my own condo rental.
