This place is fantastic! Excellent kitchen for cooking, huge bedrooms with comfortable beds, enough parking for at least three vehicles, and a great communicative host

What a lovely home! The group of us were getting together for a work project and this was the perfect space to collaborate. It was warm and very welcoming.

We gathered here after a birthday celebration and this stylish space suited our needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend for large groups!

Joe's place is awesome! He kept in touch and answered all of our questions beforehand and was so kindly accommodating when we asked about a late checkout. Check-in was extremely simple and the house was clean with everything we needed for our large group of friends and family. The house felt bigger than the photos; it was beautiful and stylish and we were very comfortable. Location is great, only a couple blocks away from the grocery store, and just a short trip down to Ballard and nearby parks. We'd absolutely recommend Joe and his house!
