Thé Check in instruction was clear and there are many local food stalls and restaurants nearby. 7-11 is just in building A and another one outside the condo. Very accessible. But not so convenient to the bts station, it takes around 10 mins walk to Ekkamai station. The condo itself is good as described.

Pros:
- Utility bill and wifi included
- washing machine in the balcony and the sun is good to dry the clothes ina day if no rain
- lots of local food options and 2 7-11 nearby
- the management office is helpful if you want to print 1 or 2 documents
- host is also helpful and responsive
- nearest bts station is ekkamai, it’s near the city center as well

Cons:
- 10-15 mins walk to bts
- lots of key card tap in to enter the building
- there is a bad smell once enter the unit but it’s gone after a while

Easy walk to Phra Khnong Skytrain station. Very good street food in the area (even for Bangkok) including a few Burmese restaurants, which was a pleasant surprise. Host communicated well from my first full day there.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy and super central, and also not noisy which is amazing! Easy to get to everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable. All in all very happy with our stay!
