The house was incredibly accommodating, spacious, and had the most stunning views. With two pools, four kitchens, and a private path straight to the water, it truly felt like a luxury getaway. We loved being able to enjoy the ocean right from the backyard! Lita was amazing, super responsive and quick to handle a small bug issue that came up after some rain. It was flooding on the main road so it took our driver 2 hours after check out to get to us due to the hurricane, Lita was very understanding ad she waited to lock up. Kevin, the host, was also wonderful and kindly offered to accommodate us for another day when our flight was cancelled due to the hurricane.

If you’re traveling with a large group, this place is perfect, everyone had their own room and bathroom, plus the entire home was very clean. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 14 and used both the main house and the guest house. It was perfect for our large group.

We loved being on the sound. We enjoyed the kayaks and there was good snorkeling along the cove.

The pool was fantastic. We also enjoyed the trade winds each night as we ate, talked and played games on the upper balcony.

The location is private and quiet. Taylor Bay beach is amazing and just a 15 minute walk from the house.

Everything on the island can be reached in 15-30 minutes by car.

We did our grocery shopping at the Graceway IGA and they had everything we needed.

We cooked dinner at home but did lunch at various places on the island. We highly recommend Omar’s, Las Brisas, and Da Conch Shack.

Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

We were a family of 13 that stayed at Emerald Shores. The space was perfect for us to split up & have our own space but also come together for family time. The space is serene & peaceful. The house is pretty much stocked with the everyday essentials. From the time we got there until the time we left, we felt taken care of. The only hiccup was at the time of check in, they house keeper was still cleaning & was not ready for us. Even though it was a little disappointing, she was super sweet & still made us feel welcomed. We let her finish & we just wondered around the property & sat at the dock. The property is beautiful & relaxing. Definitely recommend staying at this property!

we had a birthday and a family reunion and Kevin's place was perfect. The location and private dock was amazing and the views were heavenly. People of Turks and Caicos are very hospitable.
